These cookies are essential for the site to function. They cannot be switched off because the site would not work without them. No consent is required for these under UK GDPR.

Analytics cookies
These help us understand how visitors use the site — which pages are popular, how long people stay, and where they come from. The data is aggregated and used only to improve the service. These are only set after you accept analytics cookies.

Third-party services that do not set cookies
The following services are used to power KSB Planner but operate entirely server-side. They do not place any cookies on your device.
- Neon Postgres — our database. All data storage happens on our servers, not your device.
- Anthropic (Claude) — AI model used to generate delivery plan content. Requests are made server-side.
- OpenAI — AI model used for certain summarisation and audit tasks. Requests are made server-side.

Opting out of Google Analytics
You can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on to prevent your data being collected across all websites that use Google Analytics.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. Where we add new categories of cookie that require consent, we will ask again.
